**Please also note that any request for expert testimony, which may arise for appraisals provided for court proceedings, will be charged at $150/hour, with a minimum of four (4) hours.
WHICH APPRAISAL TYPE DO I ORDER?
The exterior-only appraisal report and desktop appraisal report are typically ONLY used for private use purposes. These appraisals are ordered when someone requires an opinion of value for curiousity, pre-listing for sale (by agent or for sale by homeowner) or if it will suffice for estate settlement between two parties, without attorneys or goverment entities present.
The full appraisal report is REQUIRED for any official business like estate settlement, divorce proceedings, tax purposes or any other transaction/filing which involves attorneys, courts or any goverment entity (e.g. IRS).
